Bust most people take gold, thats why everyone has gold colour in shoutbox

But VIP copper and silver are copper and silver colour in chat.

If i for example got a copper vip and i voted again and got gold vip (or brought it) can i replace my copper rank with the gold rank and send my copper rank to someone else

I dont think you can quite do that youseff. Instead make another account and make that new account gold.
