Description of Problem:
Haydnkai have been spamming obnoxiously.. Last night when I was on, he kept on spamming that he needed soul shards, and now when I pickpocketed him, he kept on spamming "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" and stuff.

It's really annoying and obnoxious. Myrmetal was AFK at this time, and no other mods were on to warn him. I've told him to stop, but he doesn't listen.
