That's because good grammar helps to avoid misunderstanding and makes what your saying look exponentially more important. Good grammar makes it look like you put time and effort into what you're saying, and that it's important, while poor grammar makes it seem like you just mashed your head into the keyboard. Not to mention it looks much better.

Which looks better?:

u have to build a fully functional house "which i will list" using  1 TYPE OF WIRES under 3 hours limit" (u can teach ppl with lower rank than teacher only)

Or

You have to build a fully functional house, which I will describe in detail, using only one type of wire in a three hour limit. You can also teach people with lower rank than teacher.
