The "Desired custom rank" would be the special vip name you choose that appears in game. And the "desired custom rank color" would be a specific color chosen in RGB format that appears ingame.

the numbers are for how much of that color you want the three colors are red green and blue so if you did 79.157.216 your font color would be a sky blue that's how it works
