Just to let everyone know, I've created a scheduled event for Expert mode in Terraria.


Expert mode will now be enabled on Wednesdays and Saturdays. It will toggle on and off automatically depending on what day it is.

I've also updated the forum time to match the server time n game. You can check the date/time in game with /servertime

So, I've been thinking about the frequency of world/map resets and if it's really nessessary.

For a while now I've been doing a map reset once a month, however I'm thinking about doing it less frequently for a number of reasons.

1. World Regen takes care of all the holes/greifing, ect 
   
2. Players would get to keep their building longer and not have to re-build so often
   
3. It seems like a lot of effort to do every month for no real reason. I originally did it because we had no world regen.

I've done a large amount of restructure with the Guilds plugin, but all the commands that exist under "/guild help" should be working now.

I encourage you all to test all the commands as much as possible and report and bugs/issues/limitations/suggestions/typos back here on the forums so I can fix them.

So I've been working flat out trying to re-implement "clans", which everyone has been nagging me about

I've not bought back "clans", but I have written a new plugin that's based on it called Guilds.

Essentially it's the same thing but written  by me and has extra features and better support (because I wrote it, so I'll know how to fix bugs and add more features later".

Currently it's very new, so there might be bugs. I'm counting on you guys to report bugs to me so I can help improve the the plugin.

Some luxery commands haven't been implemented yet, but I will get to them soon, for now I just want everyone to test it out and make sure it works ok. So for now, all it really supports is creating guilds and adding/removing guild members. Please dont post suggestions or feature requesets just yet, I'll get to that....

As the plugin is quite new there might be some large bugs i haven't noticed yet, accordingly I MIGHT need to do a reset of the database if there are any game breaking bugs discovered, so dont take it too seriously just yet.

at the moment, level 100s and VIPs can create guilds, but anyone can join guilds.

Also added setwarp and warp subcommands

So the poll to use Ignore or Keep Chat Above Heads was pretty neck and neck.

I've done some work on the ignore plugin anyway and still havent been able to fix it, but I have enabled Combat Text to act as chat above heads and installed the ignore plugin so people can test it out and see what they think.

I will hold another poll in a couple days when people have tested it out...

I've also installed some minor updates to some plugins to show more information with minigame lobbys and some other stuff.

Having it like this will also allow you to use item tags in your rank prefix and suffix.

Firstly, World has reset. Sorry I was a bit late in getting it done, I'vebeen busy

Secondly, I've installed some tshock updates, some fixes include:

* Modified the /rain command to take an optional parameter of "slime" to allow starting/stopping of slime rain.
* Fixes issue where areas of the map just didnt load.
* Fixed female characters losing their femininity


Along with this House Regions broke and I'm currently workin on a fix. 

White broke TShock Regions manager and adding regions is bugged, so for now I'm going to remove the house plugin....

tShock bug is fixed and House Regions are back. Sorry for the issue everyone.

People have been requesting an ignore plugin so players can ignore other players.

The issue is, using this will mean I would need to disable chat above heads.

So, the question is, what do you prefer? Having chat above heads and no ignore, or Ignore but no chat above heads?
