House resize

Whenever I resize my house about an hour or so later it goes back to what it was before it was and everything I built in the resized part gets greifed and stolen

That happens too me also but I believe I is world regen

Make sure you're deleting the old house boundary before you do the new one. I've had a SEVERE headache with world regen while trying to build my house. I've had to clean it out repeatedly. Once I got the wall up everything was fine though.
