Description of Problem (Screenshots if possible):Hacking in guild war can't be killed said he's been banned before but unbans himself and listed the names of the account he uses
Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*:He also had his sniper rifle use time set to 0 so he was just spamming it and ended up killing me with it
Why It Affects You/Others*:If he can't be killed I can't help my guild win
