Housing Regions Plugin Update

Hello,

I have recently written a new plugin to replace the existing Housing Regions plugin (/house command).

This new plugin should have all the same features, plus a couple new ones.

Please test it house in game (/house) and let me know if you notice any bugs or issues with the house regions.

Yes, just a neat feature I added to help find/see house regions so you dont have to keep spamming /house scan

There seems to be permission issues with it. /house delete doesnt work for the owner or a mod and neither does /house share. havent tested all the commands though
