1.3.1 Release Date!

Good day Terrarians,

In celebration of Terraria's 5th birthday we are pleased to announce the release date for 1.3.1, an update for PC that focuses on wiring mechanics and controller support.

Thank you for your ongoing support, these last 5 years have been a blast!

In light of this new news.... I think the new leveling system might be delayed...

As much as I would love to do the cutover on the 22nd like i planned (Since I had no idea when 1.3.1 was coming) It's probably going to take a few days to have all the plugins along with tShock updated to support 1.3.1, so instead we will most likely be running a TEST/FUN server for everyone to play while we get things updated.

I'll post more information ASAP.

*looks at the terraria forums* oooooo loooooorrdd this will mean they will bring more farming, (I need those conveyor belts, there will be the start of a new frontier...)

But will that mean that the database will be affected in anyway?
I also think Pedguin's is happy, he has a thing for penguin statues... *sigh*

I am already planning my new house and I still need to read up on what they are planning to add, and there better be bug fixes, I am about *this* close to jumping out of my chair in joy

It's highly likely I will be loading a temporary map and a vanilia server while tshock and plugins get updated, but I will plan on restoring the original/current world once tshock is back, if i can T_T
