I'm pretty sure that he does it differently now. Maybe some random pick from the pool of everyone who voted. But before, there would be 30 people who all had the most votes possible, so thats why i think he changed it.

Yes.

All votes (that have a nickname) go into a pool. IE if you vote 30 times, you go into the draw 30 times, if you vote once, you only go in once. So the more times you vote, the better chance you have, but doesn't mean you are gaurenteed to win.

I did this so its fairer, since not everyone has the chance to vote every single day even if they wanted to.
