I love the new hell theme, it looks less cramped than the current one.
Im hyped for 1.3, aren't we all?
BTW, Will you get the plugins for 1.3 as soon it comes out?

epic, the plugins are a different matter. The real problem is that the tShock update will need to be released first before any plugins can start to be made. There will need to be a new server mod released, and then all the plugin devs can get down and dirty. Btw, here is a list of spoilers I have seen in this video:
- New Campfires
- New ore
- Resprite of hellstone
- New blocks (The platform underneath the minecart track, and the block around the 'June 30th; 1.3'
- New ranger weapon, the 'Blackhole Beater'
- New armour (Futuristic Alien dude man thing?)
- New wings (At the start when the character starts to mount the minecart)
- Other new weapons and tools made of the new ore in the hotbar (Axe and Drill)
- New minecart design? Or are there multiple different types of minecart's now?
- New Background art (Hell and Surface rain event (Just look at dat moon do))
- New type of torch
- Customizable fireworks?
- Resprited Statues? (Evident in the shark statue that is shown over in between the 2 jump locations (Start and Finish))

Anyway, that's just what I saw. Anything else, please tell me if there is.

I just watched it first time and may edit this to see other things I notice but I think there is a:

Obsidian Campfire: (Or Campfire Retexture, you can see this at 0:24 or when he passes through buildings.)

S.D.M.G: (This is already in the game just unobtainable, 3rd hotbar slot.)

Shining Moon: (This is a painting in the game and it looks as if the border has been retextured, maybe new paintings to! Im not sure if its a retexture or just my video is lagging.)

Hellstone Retexture: (This doesn't need explaining)

New Hell Background: (Your a noob if you didn't notice this)

SPACEMAN ARMOR!: (The guy is wearing the space armor thing, probably something to do with the lunar part of the update and also this might just be a vanity, also the armor in the thumbnail

PORTAL GUN!!!: (Portal gun in his 8th slot)

Space crabs are already a thing. Spawn 100 in space for army of space crabs. What if a crab vanity was added.... well we can see the changelog when 1.3 comes out.

No

Wolfje writes seconomy, which is MOST of the plugins/commands. (This includes the whole soul shard system + anything that uses/costs soul shards, such as ranks/spells/commands)

I will be able to update a few others myself.

Some of them will need to be updated by their original writers, some others I might be able to get wolfje to update, but he will already be very busy with getting Seconomy updated.

Some commands we may lose for a while are houses/shop/clans, so they're quite important, i will try get them all updated asap.

On probably a more important note, all this can only happen once tShock is updated for 1.3. One of the main developers has also left the project so this 1.3 update might be delayed for a while also. During any time tShock is not realy to use I will probably run a vanilla Terraria server, just so people can check out 1.3 with their friends online.

S.D.M.G: Well, considering it is a SPACE themed weapon, that was an unobtainable but didn't cause debuffs like dev items, I'd say now, with this Space themed update for Terraria, would be the best time to introduct it to the game via means of boss drops/chest or some other special event in game.
