hello friends its is me ARIEL  and i was personally insulted yesterday by some people for using sexual language and the were very offensive ... but thats not the point...

if it is ok i would like a new rule in /rules that states no perverse or sexual language. and i would also like a new command that is like a vip command like /vipmute "player name" "seconds" and it will only allow them to be mute to the player so it wont mute them for every 1 else in case they want to still talk to them...

 the mute idea came from cyrus he gets all the credit for that

I think there was an ignore plugin, but it caused issues with the server so i took it out.

I'm revising a number of things on the server at this stage, the rules will be updated also.
