The Red Vampire Muting to get power over members and false claims.

Description of Problem (Screenshots if possible): He muted me twice to get power over me and thenewsuperjack, the second time he muted me it said 'YOU LISTEN' as a reason, i was not capsing, not harrassing, not spamming, etc, i was trying to tell him my point of view on something he said, and mutes me and thenewsuperjack for that.

Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*: I think someone needs to tell him to stop doing those kinda stuff and false claims, as he apparently claimed something about gold donors getting demoted, which a moderator should never do or say especially if its false or if he doesn't know anything about it. So I butted in (yes) because it does involve me as I am a gold donor. I'll leave him to explain himself on this topic on his point of view.

Thanks to a senior mod for unlocking this, now Red, you don't seem to assume your mistakes when someone reports you and that is not Mod worthy imo. You ALWAYS lock the topic after defending yourself without letting the reporter respond nor anybody else or any witnesses. I was listening, i understood, but you kept arguing after I was saying WHY I butted in and muted me and thenewsuperjack so we can listen to you? You kept saying (which i understood it means) ''No you're wrong and you have no rights to butt in even if it involves you.'' I am a gold donor and your FALSE claim involves me since it was about ALL gold donors getting apparently (it is not true) demoted. The way you said made it sound like ''Ok well today all gold donors are now demoted (even those offline)''.

''You dont have respect to listen to a framed person. '' I have respect, I listened to you, and I dont even know what you're talking about here as a ''framed person'' because nobody blamed you for something you didn't do, but for something you have actually done.

You have been reported for abuse quite many times for stuff like kicking, muting, etc. You should responsibilise yourself, and I may be not a staff, but i have 3-4 years experience as staff (and main admin on a very popular minecraft server now dead) and never I've seen a staff not admitting his/her mistakes like you.

Now I tell you do not lock this again until a higher staff decides so, because you are involved, locking it make you seem like you are avoiding the issue and make you seem like youre mister perfect and you done nothing wrong.

epic... this isnt something that is just let go.. red screwed up and this isnt the first time... someone needs to address this because he is a bit abusive.. and never once on the server have i ever seen someone try to frame someone else... twice.. not only that but it's a mods job to listen to the players even if they dont want to or want to tell their side of the story.. muting is only necessary if someone is spamming/advertising/cussing.

Also, I agree with Temple, and I might not be online when it happened, but I don't think that Akuma would false accuse someone for their bad, so yeah, I don't think she's lying. Also, yeah, I think that Red's behaviour should be talked about between the staff team (seniors and veteran mods, like Glitch). Please don't get angry at me, but sorry but that's what I think and what many others may be thinking. Again, sorry.

Anyway, Akuma's claim about The Red Vampire is actually very valid, and he made it worse by locking the thread.
I have spoken with Red earlier today, and he too testified mostly the same as what Akuma claims right now. Muting someone just to force one to listen to you in a discussion is an act of power abuse. After all, Akuma hasn't broken any rules that warrants a mute.

Also, if you say so, then yeah, this is some serious problem. And I agree with what you said about locking it. If he locked it, then there is some problem and I think he did something. Anyways, I agree with each word you said.
