Help.

Dear terraria users.
I need help because of the new 1.3, i know you are all excited when it comes out… but i'm not.
Ill tell you why:
I got terraria for FREE on a mac, i simply typed up "terraria 1.2.4.1 download mac"
But i'm worried that i won't be able to update because i got it for free and it's not the whole package, I am not allowed to spend anymore money online to pay for it.
I have donated to this server and i am afraid my days are numbered on panther's server when 1.3 comes out and when panther's server is 1.3 and i won't be able to get on it… since i am not able to update 1.2.4.1.
Any ideas to be able to update without actually paying?

toogoodforlol gives free cracked terraria.

As soon as he gets the 1.3 the better it would be.

oh and, your not the only one who can't update his/her terraria. I cant update mine too

IIRC the next update for terraria will be released on Mac and Linux too, or at least that's the plan. I recommend buying the game at that point. If not then there will be cracked versions of the game release for mac as there is with every game. Just do the same thing you did with this update and you should be good.

I'm thinking of buying the 1.3 version on steam later on.. for now, ill use my free copy.
My only problem is progress and stuff like that,
If i use my current free copy and then when 1.3 (if it is available for mac,which i doubt and i won't be able to play, but i have wineskin software) comes out am i able to create a new account with the same name and all my stuff is there?
If not? i going to need some help.
I could request my donator stuff cause i already donated….

Your data/progress should save no matter what version of "terraria.exe" you have.(should). The progress is saved on Panther's server for Panther's server (SSC) so you don't have to worry. You will be able to /login no matter what. (Unless you forget a password or something)
