Some anti-spam things

You should get a plugin that does the following
-Deletes cuss words - Panther would enter all the cuss words he knows (And take suggestions) and then it would not show that word if somebody uses it. It would also auto-kick that person
-If somebody uses more than 10 capitol letters (Unless given perms otherwise by mods) it auto kicks them
-If you say the same message within 10 seconds, you get muted for 5 seconds, but it has to be the same

Hmmm, i've seen anti-spam things before, like that, but instead of kicks/mutes it simply ignores you... i do think he should look into that, and a cuss-deleter plugin probably would have to be made.. i dont think it exists, but its a good idea...

Having something to prevent curse words/caps lock would be nice, but I don't mind asking/warning people not to curse/use caps.
It's part of the job.

A Chat filter plugin is good
