Unjust Banned (9/12/2014)

Reason for ban: Kicked: You have been banned: Week ban: spawning in items and lying to staff - Stelio (Picture bellow lift reason.)

Why you believe the ban should be lifted: I was farming gollem boss with some people on the server around 6 man. Suddenly this moderator just picks me out and blames me for spawned itmes. In this case the Bone Key (summons baby dungeon guardian).

He asked me how I obtained this item with no way to get it.
I told him I got it from a guy named WolfygamingHD (not sure if spelled correct).

Then I explained everything that I traded it for soul shards. And now I am banned for the reason spawning items!
Right after the conversation we had I started fighting the pirate invasion that took place. and lying to staff members. And he didnt had any solid facts that I was lying wich I did not.

I let the situation with the bone key slip, I asked you where you got your prefixed spectre armor, at first you played dumb then admitted you bought it from a hacker. You trashed the set and spawned in a new set clean of prefixes, you claimed you traded for it with a hacker but you inventory had no extra spectre set when I first checked it and there was no one by the name you had given online at the time. I checked to see if you had a house using /region tp to be sure it wasn't from a chest. Given that evidence I will not unban you, I'll leave that to the other staff if they so choose.

Thank you. But you know you did the ban command wrong. I only got kicked. so I am twice lucky here.
