Empty Protected Regions

Hey everyone. Today I have noticed a large amount of empty yet protected areas in the server. Areas perfectly good for building yet filled with with absolutely nothing. These will sometimes be filled with just simply walls on all sides impeding the flow of travel and are in general just eye sores. I am asking for a better way to delete these regions than waiting for a mod to come on. I will gladly volunteer myself, if given the permission and privilege, to clean these areas up and delete the regions to make the server both prettier and smoother. It is no small task but I would immensely enjoy a mass organized purge of empty housing regions.

What if there was a plugin that deleted houses with less than 100 hundred blocks that didn't get any changes in 5 days? I guess this is better than cleaning everything. And blocks as Dirt, Mud and bla bla bla won't count, only building ones such as Pearlstone and woods, for the newbies. Better than cleaning everything per time, in my opinion.

Some of the houses are full houses that have been filled and griefed to death or simply well over 100 blocks. Plus people make houses and change nothing after they are done; ie those houses wont get changed at all. Putting a human behind the cleanup is better than a machine here imho.

Well if you're really sure that leaving this to humans is better, then I suggest we only allow moderators to do it. If someone finds an empty region, then make a thread in the support section, call a mod in Steam or if he's online, just contact him directly. This is 100% sure to bring better results than just giving permitions to certain players, even if we're talking about a person who is very propense to be moderator. We just can't handle the permitions to anyone, unless there is an applying system for the permitions, and leave the choice of his acceptance to the staff team.

This leads me to a better idea, and I might make a thread about it soon...

This is a problem because people who dont have large houses would be at risk...
