A Pixallary competition !

Dear PanTerrarians (since we all play on Panther's Terraria Server),

I really did not know where to post it, so i thought why not the general forum.
The fact is that i have accumulated a fortune beyond what i will use for most needs and would like to share it with 'YOU' !

Yes i am thus, holding a Competition with a prize pool of an amazing
145,000,000 Soul Shards

Details of Competition-
1.The competition has two stages-
a)The first stage involves all Participants to provide Draft images of the Sprites that they make, accompanied with the Message that they would like to give on a signboard next to it.
b)The second stage involves the 3 shortlisted winners where they will build, in game on the server, the Sprites that they have submitted. Failure to do so on assigned date will make you lose.

2. The Size of the sprite is not to exceed 80 blocks (Height) and 60 blocks (Width)

3. The dates of the competition will be 15th for the last submission.
The Results will be announced on the 18th (if everything goes well).

4. 2 days will be given to the winners to construct the Sprites on a designated location of which the 1st position will get the Spawn Sky, the second position will
get a space in my personal space near the spawn (this sprite will be my personal treasure), the 3rd place will get another space assignment that will be flexible and decided later.

5. The first place will get a Grand 100 Million shards, where the second place will get 30 million Shards and the 3rd place will get 15 million Shards.

6. All the questions are to be addressed to me on this very thread. Also i will keep adding answers to any queries that frequently repeat to this post.

7.The competition entries must be given in the form of images in reply to this thread.

NOTE : Any person who wins this competition if not available on the dates of construction assigned will likely lose their reward too, and the second best will get the reward and the assignment for the next day and will be informed by a private message. (You need to be registered on the forum)

The reward will be given on the day of completion of the Sprite !

My house area is right next to the spawn, and i need images of the proposals not the sprites built right now.
Yes its judged by me and Panther also awaiting zilo's approval to become a judge , as the sprite will be for the spawn, my house and a yet to be decided location (preferably /warp hell area if panther agrees).

I think it would be good if it was the around 20th of this month. And also i will edit the competition to make it a little more exciting.

You should make a dummy submission yourself so people know how to enter and what to do.
