New Commands and Vote rewards

Hey Guys,

I've changed the voting rewards from 500k ss and 2mil exp to 500kss 1.5mil exp and 1 pts token.

The pts tokens can be exchanged for more soul shards with /token.

I will eventually add some commands to trade them and for them to be used for other special things as well.

I've also added /hug and /fart.

I have been wondering this for a long time: if I vote while the server is offline (maybe it crashed), do I still get the rewards when it comes online?
