Finally, I've been waiting. Now, inventory checking won't be futile. Also, yesterday, I was getting multiple reports on a bug. The bug was that people couldn't access their balance. The server responded in such a way : Can not find balance.

I think you mean the suffix. VIPs still can change their color and prefix, but they now are able to level up like everyone else. However, they still have access to all the commands and gear they used to have, even at level 1.

Also, what are you saying in that top line? If it's a bug you're attempting to report, reword it so we can understand what exactly you're trying to say.

Ah, that... players were able to place/remove wire anywhere, even inside /region during the test, but i thought that had to do with no item bans/etc.... We need to contact panther immediately.

You seem to have forgotten the fact that Banks were to be reset when the new leveling system was implemented. But, since you were away from Terraria for a long time, you didn't get the opportunity to reset your rank, so.......Ripperoni..
