I've reverted back to the REAL PTS

Levels have been reset for the new level system and normal rules and rates apply to everything again.

I will continue making tweaks and adjustments and will post changes as they come, but now everything is back and for real.

The sheer amount of people asking "Where are my items?", "Why is my level gone?", and "Why can't I use /i?" is incredible.

Also, I have found that /cbank and all the chest/sign commands are blocked to everyone, even mods, and I (as mod account) can't go into people's chests anymore, portal gun is open for everyone, Star Wrath/Meowmere are usable by level 1's, dev gear can be worn by non-VIPs, and /shop search and /shop buy aren't working.

Chest commands work now, but I'm getting "You do not access to this command" messages when I do /b and /butcher. Same with /shop search and /shop buy.
