I prefer VIPs because they are very powerful when it comes to commands. But, if someone proves that they are worthy of the rank, then they shall be granted the position.
If you are talking about the competitions that I have planned to host at the very start of Summer break (First week of June), then that's a different story. Winners of the competitions will be granted their respective ranks, even if they are players ranging from Lv.20 to VIP+. I'll ensure you this, every one will get a new rank.
