How to Unbind the Throw key

Today I learned how to unbind the "throw" key. I shall share this so that nobody will EVER lose their items by accident.

Disclaimer: If you guys still drop items after doing this then I don't know what you did wrong because so far I haven't dropped anything even after pressing the default Throw key (T)

Step 1) First go to MyDocuments/MyGames/Terraria

   

Step 2) Then open config.json with notepad (I used notepad ++)

   

Step 3) Look for "KeyThrowItem" and Delete whatever is bound/written in ""

   

Step 4) Do it right and you should see something like this in your settings

   


Bonus: You can make your cursor outline thick by changing "ThickMouseEdges" to True

Still, another way to do it is by setting the "Throw" key to some other key which is far from the reach of our fingers. But this is better, I think.

Yeah with this you'll be worry free of pressing the throw key accidentally

Great, this is really helpful for people that don't know how to unbind it. Hopefully it will result in less "HEY, i lost my sword!" and "My weapon is stolen!" spam.

Yea i looked at that.. It was a bit confusing.. The one i used had a lot more clear instructions. either way, it works XD
