I have a suggestion to remove the time limit on the /land commands. Trying to get around to see which plots are empty takes over 10 minutes with the timer in place how it is currently

What time limit? There is no time limit...
Plots are based on rent, it charges shards per day to keep ownership, if you dont have enough money it removes the owner.
You can do "/land list" to see which (if any) plots are available.

Retaliation paramater commands.
when players reach level 100 in their respective class, they should be given their own /retaliation: paramaters//
what this would do is that when somebody tries to buff them with negative effects or pickpocketing, it causes the retaliation paramaters to kick in.
example: for scouts it would be /retaliation: paramaters// cause: PickPocket, target: P (at player who tries.), time:1 (or more, depends. i prefer just leaving it as 1), circumstances:SSFUL/FAIL Visibility:FALSE
extra: SS:300k- V
say vivid did /pickpocket on me, if it failed or successfully worked, it will cause the command to kick in and pickpocket at them without typing it in if they have less than 300k. (could be something) the visibiltiy is incase if you wish to add more than one retaliation, so it won't show up in the chat but only to the player who attempted it once saying: you've been retaliated at 4 times losing 748,561 soul shards! (example) but, it will still do it's randomized output in pickpocketing reward. it's just depending on if the player has under that much or over that much. (incase someone has been doing mass farming off pickpockets)

good idea but why only lvl 100s at that lvl pickpocket isn't really a horrible pickpocket affects more the lower people who need as to lvl up also a few things could be changed (If panther wants to put this idea In game ) ill leave that to him but I think overall it's a great idea good job  ;D

Seems complicated, but I will add limits to pickpocket to prevent the same person being targeted over and over.

I suggest the return of /inferno , /merrychristmas , /rainbomb and all those custom commands from 1.2.4.1. They add a lot more fun to the game.

Seems complicated, but I will add limits to pickpocket to prevent the same person being targeted over and over. do you mean by that there is a certain limit to pickpocketing each person every few minutes/hour/day?
edit: you don't have to put limits. the only reason i suggested this idea is people keep trying to /pickpocket me, but fail in the process and i just do /pickpocket back at them like the retaliation. that way, it does it without having to do the commands incase one were to get annoying. i don't find it annoying as long as they keep failing. but what should happen is that there is a max counter every hour. that way, people actually have a chance to gain shards rather than lose them, because when a higher level pickpocketed me when i was lower level, it was making it increasingly harder to do. so i think it should be hourly
