1 - Here you come with yet another unwritten rule. When you recruited me, there was absolutely no rule that states I may not be related to any other form of group. Hyperion's not even a PvP Clan, it's FAR from any possible rivalry. Why are you making such a big problem out of it. The oath said I would not obstruct or show conflict/rivalry against KS. So please tell me... how the heck is a building team ever supposed to be a rival of a PvP Clan? We're not competitive, we're not achieving, we're not conquering. We're just organized. But not being allowed to get into ANY form of group? Ha, I wonder what's next, not being allowed to be befriended with anyone outside KS, because it's a "friendship group"? That's going to be a killer.
2 - As well with the 'unwritten rule', if this really was a rule, I wouldn't have three KS LEADERS applying for Hyperion. It's absolutely hillarious that there is a rule only one of the leaders knows, and nobody else, not even the other 6 leaders.
3 - As I repeat again (since it's not getting into your skull no matter how I say it); You. Re-Assigned. Me. I was not inactive after you did so (I had even PROVEN so). Clan-Internal and -external official server staff verified the demotion was unjust/ungrounded. And yet here you are, still trying to stab me. Really, what's your problem?
4 - Hyperion's not a threat to KS. Everywhere you say KS is a PvP / PvM CLAN. This, this is a BUILDING TEAM. It is an organization to TRAIN AND ASSEMBLE people to support THE SERVER'S FACILITIES (like Arena, Oceans, Dungeons. PUBLIC FACILITIES) in order to lift the work from official staff and creating an original aspect to the server. What you are doing right now, is literally putting two whole different sports in a rival match; it's not the same, and attempting to confront them with each other is nothing but a pure retarted show.

You are seriously going way to far now, SIN. First you you punish me on a counter-proven ground, and ever since I started hyperion, it "SUDDENLY" means the whole damn world to you that there is another group, but magically aaaaalll other clans people shared allegiance to in the last 6 months are nothing to worry about... Not even the Holy Order, a direct PvP Rival Clan, seems to matter to you. You direct it just. At. Me. This isn't just your clan that's being a problem now, SIN. You're moving this to a personal level.

If you didn't want me in the clan, you could've kicked me at any time. Just, don't make up any lies, on-the-spot rules, herassment or dictatorship to ground your claims.

It was not unwritten, as upon giving oath and especially during the ceremony, which I was certain you were crowned the same way, we would recite a code which you would say "Yes."
1 of the questions where to follow the Guild. All of the Holy Knights, Guardians, Paladins and Gods have no qualms about it and it is the main essence of the guild of TKS.

2nd, if they were aware that it is indeeed a clan, they would not have bothered to join. A God has even clarified this with me and they were astounded that it was a clan all along.

3rd, can you state your achievements and contribution to the clan? Starting from November and on wards? I think you can answer this and this equates inactivity.
Being present without any effect or progression does not mean you are active. If it was unjust, then equate the list of achievements you've done for the Guild.

4th, Threat or Not, it is not the issue as I said, regardless of what it is, you are to swear 1 oath of fealty and that is the Guild, having more than 1 guild/clan breaks it.
Once again, whatever guild you are in aside from the Knights Slayers, you will breach your oath. This was very clear during the ceremony of High Rankers and being unaware of it is not a problem of the guild but you, as we wont proceed with the ceremony if you have said "NO"

We are even pleased to see rivals, as that is what we are looking for.

Knuffel I acted civil and had never pin pointed out your misconception, the demotion was simply temporary and was redeemable if you could have made the things you were expected to do yet you decided to make the situation complicated.

Also I havent lied, I even recruited you on my own, made sure what are your capacity and given authority over the clan and you were given a special privilege compared to other Knights yet you have not used it at all, you were even given a 2nd chance to recover yet you opted in creating a new clan. It is fine by me that you have parted ways and breach your own oath, but I wont tolerate that you'd do it to other Knights.

The Call to Arms was even discrete, it did not pointed out exactly who was guilty or not, but it was a message to remind the Knights of their oaths.
If you have felt that it was targeted to you then my apologies as I had no longer cared what ever your decisions were when you decided with the building clan you created, it was not meant for you.

1 - And yet I still am. I never said I departed from KS, I never said I contested KS, I simply created a side-project to distract me from the BS that I had going over me from PGC two weeks ago. But after that, after I had a talk with PGC, I already said that I would do all the steps again I had to take for another reinstallment. Unfortunately his departure message arived 2 days after. Hyperion's a group of builders that supports the server, and not a clan to battle other clans. This doesn't mean Hyperion won't support the construction of structures for other clans. In fact, we'dd love to.
2 - It's. Not. A. Clan. A clan is an association of competition and dominance. We don't compete with other people.
3 - I return on the 17th of November where I was talking with you and Ban at /warp colluseum. I even still have that Mjolnir you gave me. We had talked about that we hadn't been seeing each other for a long time, and so I started rebuilding my economy (as in July, when I was gone, all Cbanks and SS were reset, so I was back to square 1.), and in the meantime I built an Aztecian-styled 1.vs.1 arena where a multitude of people, including several KS members, participated in. Other than that there wasn't a lot I could do, as my real-life responsibilities demanded time from me as well.
4 - A team, guild and clan are three WAY different things. A team just reflects organization. A guild reflects elitism/proffesionality (which Hyperion is Far from.). A Clan reflects dominance, to stand higher than other clans. Teams and Guilds don't fight each other.
5 - The thread concept was made very early when PGC was still firing at me, where you were idle. I had already said that I wouldn't hestitate staying any longer if PGC continued like it, so I made "preparations" in case I needed to save myself from more BS. Afterwards PGC and I talked things through properly, and thus removed everything competition-related from the concept. Appearantly I skipped that word because it as buried in long text. Other than that, nowhere on both /Warp Hyperion as well as the thread AND introduction when I invited them, I nowhere stated Hyperion was a Clan, but a Building Team. I even adressed it occasionally as "Team Hyperion", but that didn't sound as catchy.

Stop calling it a clan, because it's not. Hyperion is not and will not commit to any form of rivalry or competition. Therefore we're a team, and not a clan. We simply collect and train builders to help whever possible, and not train ourselves to extend our skills beyond what others can do. I thought this was made clear in the main post too? "We will teach you how to enhance your skill, and utilize it on a place where it can be seen!" is literally what the headline says. Does it say "to make you the best of the best" anywhere? I think not.
