Can we sometimes keep the map and the chests but remove the houses also the bank chest idea in Suggestions would be for this.Maybe players could get their blocks put in the chest also in case they used something expensive?

because what happens if the chest there and no one can access it because of password lock and nobody would know who chest it was

How bout a sign above each one and instead of password lock it's only for that player. And the chests disappear after a week.

No. There are no safes because it is an SSC server. But I have since added bank chests.
