How about this:
___ people enter, then you multiply that by the amount of days they have been on the forum, multiplied by their rank (Staff and VIP counts as 100), divide that by 5, round it to the nearest whole number, then put their name in that many times, and randomly choose 21 names. Somebody can have 2+ plots.
