Why not go with the previous suggestion I had? Puracheable housing districts? You buy, with either ss or real money, a plot of land that you and only you can build on. It provides increased revenue for the server/something to spend ss on end-game, an immunity to map resets, and a nice neighborhood part of the server.
Panther add this now.
Its hard to be clean when you play in the dirt.
