reason being is because he is very abusive in how he talks and has been banned for one day before but he does not change how he talks to others if you want proof i can upload a few images.

I think he can get a week ban, since after a day ban he still didn't learn it. And I saw it myself the way he acts. It isn't good.

Adding to IdK's post, you have 24 hours to do it.

I agree with what you say, 1 week should be enough to do it.
If problem persists, one month.
