Description of Problem (Screenshots if possible): Taigen has been causing a lot of problems lately. He has gotten into arguements with many people including moderators, and he even decided to do a little prank by blocking off the dungeon. Also, he has built his house on /warp snow and refused to move it when I asked him to when he had began, along with Kingdweeb asking him to.

He has fed up a ton of players, and I honestly think he is reminding me of another Trollucifer.
Why It Affects You/Others*: Rude to other players, won't listen, and never stops no matter how many times he is banned. I think it is time for a never ending ban. We have given him enough warnings.

He's also mocking players, cussing, and telling people to /register pe***.
