Description of Problem (Screenshots if possible): Starting fights with /pickpocket and then proceeding to say offensive things to people when they asked why he pickpocketed him.







Other (Stuff you feel that you need to add)*: He was just saying stuff that didn't need be said in the situation as it happened and it actually forced the player to quit playing.

Why It Affects You/Others*: Harrassing players lowers the enjoyment of said players and can cause a decrease in traffic to the server. (This isn't the first time he's done it, just first time I've screen shotted it)
