VIP Winners and Test Server

Congratz to Winners and @Panther, I'm excited about this new systems on the server,  some questions, will have infinite level again and add command at levels after 100 as 200 unlocks a new commands
example, lvl 200  unlock Influx Waver (Projectile) in /slimegun or any special effects like cosmetics?

What I plan to do is have no (not many, if any) Items that require a certain level. (Maybe some that spawn bosses, ect to stop spam, but thats mostly it) and have more "fun" commands and features for higher levels

I don't know what exactly, but want to have an open/free server with little to no restrictions, but obviously still have BETTER things for VIP and people who commit to gaining high levels.

If you want to lessen the restrictions, i suggest allowing caps, just not spamming with it (or spamming in general). I've seen plenty of other servers with caps allowed and there aren't any problems.
