Test Server - Update 4 ( RESET :O )

The current rate of soul shards is about 100x, exp is the same as the current ss rate on the real PTS

Previously the level up plugin was looking at soul shards instead of exp, so people were leveling way faster than they should have... it will now level up correctly based on your EXP

you can use /level (this is a buggy command, only use it for like 1 to 9999 or you will get wierd numbers) to check how much exp is required for each level up.

The levels will be subject to more change in the future, this is a test server remember
