No, I don't think a complete reset is a good idea. For players that used real money to buy SS (but seriously, who did that) and then leveled up using those money, that will be literally "throw money out the window" for them.
I think what we need is a better privilege scale for items, commands and houses. As long as they can buy it and use it, let them do, because there is no reason to limit what people can possess. Everyone has different ways to play, some like PvE with bosses, some like PvP, others like wandering and collecting. There are just too many reasons that the economy will go out of wack again after a month, so limiting the rarity of items is pointless.
About SS, if you are against flash-farming, then should we ban all summoning items but add summoning commands with high cooldown time and level requirement? (I don't remember if summoning command now is VIP-only or 100+.)
About housing, 1 house per 10 levels is a nice idea. Other than that, shouldn't we have a map reset every 2-3 months, but it hasn't happened in ages. And if my memory is correct, weren't mods granted the right to remove abandoned houses?
And lastly, about the tutorial area, is there anyway to make it "interactive" (I guess no)? If no, then won't new players still have to read a ton of signs? The only upside I can think of is that they read a ton of it, but once at a time, and in an order.
