Oh it's just one of the stages of the server.. 'Dying' is what I call it, but you could call it 'Nobody cares anymore' i suppose

There are people who care but the problem is out of our control, feel free to contact the administrator if that arouses a problem with you.
It's been depreciating for a while now and it's nice you finally took notice, which I congratulate you for noticing. If one considers a 'lack of time' for 'not caring', maybe they should realize that school's coming to a close and everybody's studying for these things called 'exams'.
