Maybe certain weapons and items should and shouldnt be banned

I've been out for a while but I bet there are no nerfs/buffs to any weapons in-game. 1 thing I'd like to clarify is that meowmere with a VIP (who can have such buffs) can reach up to more than 400+ base damage. Even with Starwrath you could 1 hit people (Just like what I used to do in the old days. Bah, good times...). Portal guns can totally be used for your advantage. I don't think it should be unbanned. I believe the list should be as it is. Panther has done a good job rebalancing all the items in the game for his server. No offense dude.
