It can. I used to use Hand Warmer to block the freezing of things like this and other things in other servers... Probably this one should work, too.

Well, that's rather dumb, isn't it? The ones who want to maliciously projectile-spam can just pop a Hand Warmer on and give us all the finger while flooding us with flares or glowsticks or bees or eaters, while the ones who are suffering from it can't benefit from the Hand Warmer because we need our darn accessory slots. Here's my setup:

Vanity/Equip
Sniper Scope/Celestial Emblem
Frostspark Boots/Destroyer Emblem
Ranger Emblem/Ankh Shield
Ice Skates/Hoverboard
Sweetheart Necklace/Celestial Stone

I can't afford to give up a slot for an otherwise-useless piece of Christmas trash, but a projectile spammer can. You see the problem here?
