The ones I like and will probably add are:
/guild broadcast (I think advertise is redundant because its pretty much the same just not on a timer)
/guild tp (let guild members use /tp to people)
/guild buff (buff all onlin guild members)

Permbuff for whole guild might be a bit op, advertise one on a timer would be difficult/spammy, buffall is what buff would do, huggall is more of an emote/fun command, im planning on redoing a lot of commands after 1.3.1, buy would need to tie into the shop plugin which might be a bit messy too :/

I might add /guild summon, which would spawn mob in the Guild Zone, could be fun for mini events or even to help fight guild wars
