Honestly, I think you shouldn't make any arrangement for a prize yet. Guild wars haven't become too competitive yet. As far as I know, there are 2-4 Powerful Guilds out there, such as Memento Mori [led by myself], Manifest [led by @Baaslonn] -etc.
In addition, giving out a prize such a Copper VIP has its own advantages, and disadvantages. In advantages, we have privileges, such as /slap, /tp, /vipprefix [-etc] which are highly desired by most players. On the other hand, giving out a prize like this, could cause distribution problems. Digging a bit deeper, since there is only one Copper VIP as a Prize, only one player will get to keep it. Furthermore, other people might feel left out, as they deserve it too. Lastly, there is also no guarantee that that guild will be the winners of the next war, which contributes to the dissatisfaction of the unhappy members.
If you need a prize to be given, then, in my opinion, it should meet the following condition: The prize should be something that people would strive to win, and all the members of the Guild should have an equal share in it.
