How about instead of permanent Copper VIP for a guild member, we give everyone in the guild a few of the Copper VIP benefits? Said benefits would be:

For Guild Members:
Special "GW Winner"
Access to Teleport yourself to other players
Access to Buff yourself
Access to summon up to 100 monsters or 10 bosses at once
Access to start a special VIP Invasion for King Slime, Eye of Cthulhu and Queen Bee
Rename NPCs, TP to NPC

For the Leader/Vice Leaders/Both:
All of the above
Access to Change the time on the server
Access to Buff other players
Access to summon a Super King Slime and other custom mobs
Access to start a special VIP Invasion for King Slime, Eye of Cthulhu, Queen Bee, Sharknado, Plantera and Golem

For the Leader:
All of the above
Access to all the commands of all the classes unlock at Lv.100

Remember, it'd be temporary. That is, it would work as long as the guild keeps winning.

But, if it's too hard to code that, you could just give a free Copper VIP account per guild war.
