poll to remove confetti party gun (and maybe confetti binds.)

im sure everyone is sick of it by now, the only use of the confetti gun is litterally to cause lag on the servers. others like me experience it and it's just annoying.  i've notice a drop of speed transferred to the server because of these, and when it lags, it just spams it into the air. that goes for the same with confetti imbue. when combining that with weapons suck as star fury, it's nearly just as bad. so here's how to put it. remove it in my opinion.
