When you get in the game these commands need to be typed:
/register password
The password can be anything, you make it up.
/login password
Use the same password you made for /register
That should cover everything you need to get into the server. If you do this exactly and it still doesn't work, it's possible the name you're trying to use for your character is already taken. Relog with a new name should this happen. If you still have issues, see if someone ingame can try to walk you through it.
And for future reference, threads like this one asking for help should go under the "Support" page.
