I said this before, and I'll say it ,"Ever since 1.3 came out, PvP has been ruined."
Duels end within a very small interval of time. Description of most duels: One moment, you get ready to fight. The other moment, your face is being struck by a Terrarian or by an invisible beam (Last Prism bug). If we want balanced PvP, we need to take these weapons out of the PvP circle.

So, my vote is No.
