I guess the only option is to tone down the threshold of the system that is kicking you. Though in this occassion, that isn't possible. The problem is that you can't really "exclude" items from it (only if you could, that would be grand.)
The problem with Nebula armour is that it spams those wisps (yes, I call them wisps.) when you're using Penetrating magic attacks. Penetrating attacks always attack with every game tick. For example, the Nebula orb / fist, the last prism, the Infernal Fork, the Water Bolt. Whenever you're dropping one item per game tick, the server thinks "woah, calm down there." and kicks you.
the big problem; you can't make this any smaller. So it's either completely gone (Which I think wouldn't do "that" much harm, we are intelligent enough to differ an actual hacker from somebody who is simply using nebula armour / lucky coins), or this. And I feel that the current system is punishing the legitimate player a bit too much.
