Few bug fixes/updates

[Panther]

I've updated the /back command to now work when using /warp, /home, /myhome, /tpa, /tp and /spawn

I've updated /myhome to now allow up to 10 homes, as well as for syntax information. To see a list of your homes, type /myhome -list

I've also changed around the /cast and /equip commands into different commands, it's now /cast, /weapon, /gun, /bow and /tool

Panther, if someone would tp to me or spawn in a bed you will be teleported like around 10 block below the player you are teleported, its wierd
