But yeah, when I saw this guy, he had a cyan-blue name (same as the moderators/staff), a custom rank that I -think- said "Owner of Teeria" but NO class/level whatsoever.

Yes I think he/she is a hacker. She/he gave me a SDMG but I threw it away. She/he was giving everyone stuff like it was nothing.

That junk was from your inventory? Well, how do you explain the terras (you dropped about 20)you gave to players? You used godmode in PVP, which makes it ultimately unfair.
