Its already nerfed and making players go bankrupt will make them leave, beg, or even worse, curse and would say this server sucks and spread it on the other servers, making us less popular.

Red, i dont support more gamble money, i think it should just be removed entirely, its the main reason the server's economy was in the toilet a bit ago. Having massive amounts of ss should only come from donating or hard, hard work.. its annoying seeing people who dont have to deal with the only real sruggle, which is gaining soul shards by voting and earning them. If we remove the gamble system, it will:
Balance the economy
Encourage people to vote
Remove the bankruptcy problem
And push players to actually play terraria...
By this point the gamble system is only causing problems and it shouldnt have a bigger reward, but not be there at all.

For once I agree with Temple. Just gonna recap what he said with my thoughts added in.

Panther is making it so you can buy SS now. This means that if gamble pays out then there would be no need to buy SS which is used to support the server.

Second, not sure if you know what gambling is in real life but its essentially: low chance of winning/ high payout. To me this means the gamble high and low shouldn't even exist. I'm guessing it's only there so people have a chance to win once in awhile but having the payout low makes it less desirable which I agree with.

Basically what I am saying is gambling is balanced when it is unfair. If you really want more you can farm it or buy it.

But that is just my opinion...

nope, was nurfed because it was op. people ending up with 10 billion shards by just betting bigger and bigger

look at any game in a casino and the house will ALWAYS have the best oods, it's how gambling works.

If anyone says the server sucks becaus they lose at gambling, thats their problem.

Gambling is basically just somethign to do when you don't need shards for ranking up anymore.
