tShock Update

I've installed the latest update for tShock, apparently it has the new event.

I've also done some tweaks to hide the spam mob spawn messages and changed pvp deaths to a single line message, instead of 2 when players are on a killing spree, ect.

Sky Fracture
Ancient Cloth

etc etc.

And you forgot to give Senior Mods/Admins permission to spawn sandstorms.
