Announcement boxes have a priority number one to be added to the item ban list before the server is up again.
It's possible to spam roughly 400 sentences per second if you do it correctly, which will obviously surpass any kind of spammer, causing instant crash.

Moreover, i suggest adding The Grand Design to /tools instead of one of each wrench, for obvious reasons~

Nope, /tools  is solely for wire.

I really like the 50x soul shards feature. It is really helpful for people that are 100+ and those who wants to continue leveling (like to 666,360 things like that) But also, It is unfair for people BELOW 100... So, It is best if other commands and items need higher levels (Higher than 50-60)

This is temporary only, and will go back to normal rates once the server is fully updated. All ss/items/levels/etc gained during this will be lost.

No. I'm saying the 50x SS should be a feature after the test. It would really be unfair for people who wants to reach higher lvls... Although it may mean more rebalancing and more tests.

The sole purpose of the Test server was to analyze the new leveling system, and the commands after TShock updated to 1.3.1. So, it's quite logical to provide players with a 50x feature as they'll be able to rank up much swiftly, enabling the test-out to progress more quickly with much more accurate results

That would be a nice feature, but it would allow people to earn money easily and just give it to low ranked people without even going through the pain of actually farming. 100 Queen Bees can earn you 24+ mil, wouldn't be a problem if someone asked for that amount of money right? Easily obtainable money = no pain which means anybody can just pay lower ranked people or friends money and they can then farm money easily, clearly removes the fun. Although you have a great point, it still has it's cons.
