why not do this-

3. I agree to the fact where 1 million is a tad too much for newbies but then again, it was supposed to give newbies the resources to raise their healths to hardmode world, instead we can reduce the prize of 1 million to a more manageable 400k and set the world to auto give 10 crystal hearts and 9 Mana crystals (this will resolve them from having low healths at gmae start)

4. The summon command should in my opinion cost 100k-300k for bosses and atleast 60k for mobs, also the summon command can should be combined with the ability to grant the user a random 2x, 3x or 4x shard drop (making it exclusive for the donor community also maintaining the shard spent vs shard earned ratio the least being 2x)

5. Also a weapons only restrictions can be put refering to the level of the people much like the Rod of Discord, so levels 1-9 can't use terrra blades, or high level boss drops, only level 10 and above can use it. This will cause the people to become more structured and high level weapons on newbies wont be an issue.

I actually agree with your new point. The issue I have is that newbies can easily access endgame tier weapons in a day or 2 and beat the game literally just like that.
And the fact that ranks doesnt do anything at all beyond lvl 13 means that we can put it to good use by putting restrictions of weapons in the range of lvl 13-50, so that we give the players a reason to level up.

Basically, we inflate the prices of those weapons through the ranking system, since I know that leveling cost quite an amount.

about the players who are lvl50.
there are a lot who have earnd there rank though hard work or gambling luck, but the newer ones are mostly lucky with the 1mil voting money
ik a lot of lvl50 players who got in in a week.
